LightHouse is built by parents, for parents. We take your family's privacy seriously. Your conversations about your children are personal and sacred — we treat them that way.
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: your name, email address, faith tradition preference, child profile information you choose to share, and your conversation history with LightHouse. We do not collect browsing data, location, or any information beyond what you explicitly provide.
Your data is used solely to provide personalized biblical parenting guidance. We use your faith tradition to tailor scripture references. We use child profiles to give age-appropriate guidance. Conversation history allows multi-turn discussions. We never use your data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose beyond serving you.
LightHouse does not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or advertising networks. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers. There are no third-party trackers on this site.
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a high cost factor and are never stored in plain text. Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database hosted on infrastructure with enterprise-grade security.
Your questions are processed by our AI assistant to generate biblical guidance. Your conversations are not used to train AI models. Each conversation is processed in real-time and the AI does not retain memory of your conversations outside of what is stored in your LightHouse account.
You can view, update, or delete your data at any time through your account settings. You can delete your account entirely by contacting support@mylighthousefaith.com. Upon deletion, all your data (including conversations, child profiles, and analyses) is permanently removed.
